There was nothing to like about the staff was worst they dont even care even if senior citizens are there with the person and even if the rooms were available for early checkin they still behaved rudely

The staff behaviour and the condition of room was worst and water was leaking from the air conditioner the bed wasnt clean properly not even a single thing related to the place was nice not even options for vegetarian food

I did not like the place, Only stay one day over there....

Almost everything, the staff is not polite, one guy very rude, with tremendous attitude, demanding VISA for entry the country, which does not make any sense, as I was already in the country for few days, even if my info was sent to local policy, passport was provided with the stamp of entry in Indian territory, so, rude receptionist are now border controllers? please don't make me laugh, throughout my stay in india, this was the only place asking for VISA, all other, just copy the entry stamp on the passport and they were fine. I ordered my own food as I would not spend an extra single penny on this place.

I like Location for stay only.

1) When I reach in hotel, Front Desk Officer behaviour is not Available at movment.2) They Provide me 108 Room, Room was so horrible Experience.3) Room Was Not Clean, spider webs were hanging on every corner of the room and fan, Bathroom was not clean Properly, Bathroom Flash Not working even water not come properly.4) I'll ask to change the room, but they ask "Sir, Apke Rate Me Yahi Room Available Hai."

First of all they charged for smoking in the room No one informed me about all rooms are no smoking and they didn't inform will doing check in and after check out they fined me 500rs I have been coming to this property since 2022 for almost 2 years first time smoked in room I asked them waive them off they are like when you doing booking you should read in booking platform Seriously disgusting feeling

The room was spacious and clean.

The Owner/Manager was rude in behavior with doubtful looks. The a/c. was not working efficiently. The room phone was not working. Soap and towel provided only on asking.

There is no proper hot water to have bath if it's chill. They use solar system which doesn't work as they say

The location was fabulous. The restaurant, farm house simply has a great vibe. Makes you feel as if you are in Goa. however not happy with the overall experience. NO Wifi service at all. Also mobile network doesn't work sometimes. I had a breakfast included package, breakfast was good. The hotel is a complete no smoking zone. you have to go down for smokes. Alcohol is available, you can order the same from the restaurant. Rates are quite high.

They did not even provide basic need like a one bottle of water as we checkin. We had to pay for it. Also there were two aged men's working very slowly for checking process. Writing all details in book and then taking copy of IDs. Doesn't. Make sense if you are already taking ids u can write down the address later

It was a value for money air conditioned room good for one Nights sleep. Bit far from Local train station. A well stocked bar and good restaurant.

They could have given free water & wifi. The Toilets could have been cleaner.

They said wifi available but absolutely no wifi in any of the rooms.... If you have to work you need to go to the noisy restaurant. They are basically lying on booking.com

Staff Not good

We ordered dinner in room at 8 pm. And for payment of bill the staff rang the door bell at 12:15 midnight we were in deep sleep. Usually during checkout all payments were supposed to be done but staff insisted for on the spot payment. Also, there was no toiletries and tissues in the room.

1. AC was not working2. There was no water in the washroom3. After complaining also there was no action taken4. No towels or napkins provided5. No water bottle

No early check in they will start the check in process at sharp 12. If you arrive before that then you need to wait in the restaurant. Very pathetic. the staff are very rude. Jet Spray not working in the room. No clean towels were provided. Only one towel was provided, when asked for another it took 2hrs to deliver. No free water.Can't smoke in the room.
